At Solene, we craft each piece using 18K gold, natural diamonds, and ethically sourced
gemstones. Every design goes through a rigorous quality check to ensure it meets our standards
of craftsmanship and elegance.
2. Can I return or exchange a fine jewellery item?
Yes, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if they meet our return conditions: the
item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with certificates. Customized or
resized items are not eligible for return.
3. What happens if my jewellery needs repair?
We offer lifetime complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects. Repairs involving
additional metals or stones may incur a charge. Please note: the warranty is void if the item has
been altered by a third party.
4. How should I care for my Solene jewellery?
Avoid exposing your jewellery to chemicals, or abrasive surfaces. Store it in its original Solene
box and clean gently with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, we recommend using our in-store
care services.
5. Is your jewellery certified?
Absolutely. All our diamond and gemstone pieces come with a certificate of authenticity,
detailing the quality and specifications of the stones used. Certificates must be presented for
exchanges, repairs, or returns.
6. Do you offer international shipping and insurance?
Yes, we offer secure international shipping with full insurance coverage during transit. You will receive tracking information and delivery updates once your order is dispatched.
